Call us old fashioned, but even if the unit is "Totally gutted and opened up" with "cool white marble floors throughout," we still think a 16-year-old pop star should be living somewhere a little hipper than Westwood. Asking price for the condo, which went on the market a month ago, is $1.695 million.
