Nick Loeb, heir, former Florida state senate candidate, possible future Republican US Senate candidate, and boyfriend to actress Sofia Vergara, is suing the city of LA for what he says is an unsafe road in Bel Air. Loeb broke his leg and fractured his pelvis when his car fell off an embankment last August, and he says the city's at fault because "there were no signs warning of blind turns and the the city never installed the proper safety precautions that would help prevent a vehicle from falling off an embankment." He's asking for $50,000. [TMZ]
