Actor-type Ashton Kutcher had some bad real estate timing this year. In June, he off-loaded his old, pre-Demi Moore bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills, just a few months before the rumors of the demise of their marriage began. Now he's officially off with Demi and looking for a new place, according to X17 (last we heard, the couple's marital house is in Benedict Canyon). The gossip site says Kutcher has been to check out this super-flash Lake Hollywood house, which we first saw back in June, right after it'd gotten it a massive pricechop. The house was designed by Jeffrey and Rochelle Mills and belongs to fashion exec Arif Noor (of the multi-brand company CMT). It's composed of two glass and steel boxes connected by a glass bridge, and has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a floating dining area, retractable glass walls, a movie theater, a gym, and a crazy master bath. The house first came on the market way back in January 2010 asking $12.5 million, but has since been chopped to merely $10.8 million. According to X17, it's also available for rent at $50k per month and Kutcher checked it out for more than an hour.
