Jim Jordan and his parents put up Snoopy decorations at their Costa Mesa house for 44 Christmases, but the display was threatened this year when Wells Fargo foreclosed on the house last week. Since then, a real estate company, Chick-fil-A, and locals have offered space for the Snoopy spread, but ultimately Jordan struck a deal with the city so that "the plywood psychiatry booth, character cutouts, Santa Claus stage in the backyard and other 'Peanuts' features that entertained the community for decades" will be displayed at city hall.
