Pinkberry cofounders Young Lee and Shelly Hwang bought this house off of architect Steven Kent in 2008--he'd been building it for his own family, but Lee made him an offer he couldn't refuse ($3.525 million, according to Redfin). Lee's the man responsible for the Pinkberry aesthetic (and the resulting poppy modern look of pretty much every yogurt store currently in existence) and his and Hwang's four bedroom, four bathroom house is tricked out in Boffi, Miele, Toto (bidet toilets), and furnishings by Guy Cnop of Linea Inc. It's also wired inside and out for sound and comes with "membership to the new private, gated section of Rambla Pacifico." The Wall Street Journal visited in 2009 and said the house sticks "so far off the hill that it looks nearly airborne"; Kent told them "This is my favorite house." Lee and Hwang are looking to take a loss--they've listed the property at $3.495 million. The furniture "may be available separately."
