Burbank is hoping to build a 12 foot wide South Channel Bikeway along the Burbank Western Flood Channel, from the Lake-Alameda Greenway to the downtown Metrolink station. The city already has $3 million from Metro and is hoping for about another $1 million for lighting and landscaping from the state. [BL]
