According to the ad, this castle features "2 stories + 3rd floor den, 6 fireplaces, high ceilings, a hand-carved oak bar, 12' high French doors & windows, outdoor patio + balconies on every floor, antique furnishings, antique swords, statues and other unique props, vintage magic posters and other memorabilia." The prospective boarder will get "a large bedroom on the first floor in the back with a private entrance, private bath, full kitchen privileges, magic and entertainment galore!!" Monthly rent for aspiring Criss Angels or Lance Burtons is a mere $1,095.
