The Pacific Design Center is nearly complete with the long-awaited Red Building getting all prepped to start leasing soon. Developer Charles S. Cohen tells the WeHo News that, among other ridiculous amenities, he thinks businesses will like the VIP elevators that go from the VIP valet motor court to the VIP offices, saying they'll "ensure the security and privacy of those using the towers who don’t want to ride with the rest of the world in elevators."
