New, 28 comments

Going by the data on Redfin, this 1915 Craftsman in Northwest Pasadena has been kicked around a bit over the last couple decades, falling into foreclosure three times since 1994. The four bedroom, two and a half bath property was foreclosed on in November 2010 at $350,000, and at some point appears to have undergone quite a polish. Per the listing, the 2,032 square foot home's features include "new white-oak hardwood and beam work, Pro Jenn-Air kitchen appliances, custom tile and marble work," a woodburning fireplace, central heat and A/C, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, a flagstone fire pit, built-in barbecue, and fountain. Previously listed at $839,000, it's now asking $769,000.
