We first saw this 1958 house in January 2009, already restored and asking $775,000. According to Redfin, it sold in July that year for $685,000. Now it's back yet again (although not yet on the MLS) with an even newer renovation. The four bedroom, two bathroom house is not quite an Eichler, apparently (makes sense--they usually come in tracts): "Per previous owner, designed by Kaz Nomura, the draftsman of Eichler Homes architect A. Quincy Jones." It has central heat and air, updated plumbing and electrical, a pool, and eventual Expo Line-adjacency. Asking price is $849,000.
