The "Hollywood Gateway" sign at Wilcox, Franklin, and Cahuenga is not terribly high profile, probably for a lot of reasons, but the Yucca Corridor Coalition is trying to make it a little more noticeable. They've been raising money to light the sign at night (and plan on asking the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council for money to replace a letter). Apparently, "The sign was built and erected a few years ago, but the lighting was never finished." [Hollywood Path, image via]
