A tipster sends in this listing and writes "I'm pretty sure this was an S&M hut. Amazing." And a little depressing--there is no bigger downer than an S&M hut (and its haphazard fabric draping and its plastic drawers and its jumble of who knows what in the closet behind the rack-looking thing) seen in broad daylight. On the cheerier side, the short sale does have a sale pending. The listing admits that the three bedroom, one bathroom house is a "bring your contractor"-worthy fixer with possible unpermitted additions and apparently no heating or cooling, but just once we'd like to see a listing that says "seller to pay sex den cleanup." Asking price is $293,550.
