Nichols Canyon is packed with houses by underappreciated mid-century architect Ed Fickett, in various states of repair disrepair. This 1958 number, which we first saw back in 2009, still has its nice old bones, although it's clearly seen some updates (but it's a rental, so you can't worry too much about a little track lighting).
