Despite suffering from a case of the Bad Listing Photos, this Hal Levitt-designed house in Beverly Hills's Trousdale Estates recently sold for a pretty $15.5 million. Until October, the house belonged to Randy Phillips, who heads up the live entertainment division of AEG, the company we all know as the developer of LA Live. According to Redfin, Phillilps paid $4.63 million for the house in 2004. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a digital screening room, and a pool. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the house has a fabulous Hollywood past (natch)--it once belonged to Pillow Talk producer Ross Hunter and Singin' in the Rain set decorator Jacques Mapes.
