Everything moved along rather quickly for late agent Sue Mengers's famous John Elgin Woolf house in Beverly Hills (site of bazillions of star-studded dinner parties). Mengers died in October, the house was listed in November, and now it's sold. The New York Post reports that it was purchased by entertainment lawyer Allen Grubman and real estate agent Deborah Grubman, although no sale price has been released yet. The house was listed at $4.995 million. [NYP]
