The Laemmle Sunset 5 is just too indie to make it with the likes of CB2 and the Burke Williams spa at 8000 Sunset--the theater will close at the end of November "after being unable to come to terms with the landlord on a new lease." Robert Redford's Sundance Cinemas, which specializes in fancy concessions and reserved seating, will take over the lease and open its first LA location there in late spring 2012. [LAT]
