You gotta make do in this foreclosure-ridden/high-priced housing world and two men are suspected of setting up a nice little home for themselves under the 605 Freeway in Baldwin Park. In a "small cavern area," someone set up a park bench, a picnic table, a barbecue, power tools, and street signs. However, those items had been stolen from a county maintenance yard about 200 yards away, and the men have been arrested on suspicion of grand theft. [SGVT]
