This little corner spot on Airdrome and Fairfax was probably a pretty happening spot to build a house back in 1936. The house here has two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen with what looks to be a built-in table, and "character details well-preserved." Obviously there have been a few changes made since the old days, but at least those beams are still there (and unpainted). Asking price is $489,000.
