PASADENA: Wanna knock back a few (responsibly!) and wander around that hot Kelsey House in Pasadena? The John Kelsey/Thornton Ladd-designed pad will be opened up for a pop-up shop and gallery curated by designer Oliver Hildebrandt tomorrow night from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. There'll be wine tasting and food too. Maybe you'll even end up buying the house--it's listed at $2.595 million. [Curbed Inbox]

SILVER LAKE: On the far other end of the housing spectrum, nonprofit People Assisting the Homeless has just conducted a survey of homeless people living in Silver Lake. According to a press release, "This was the first such survey ever conducted in the hip, gentrified enclave, the results of which will be used to determine which individuals are most vulnerable and move them into homes." Volunteers counted 175 homeless people and surveyed 112--one man was 81 years old; another had been homeless for 49 years. Fifteen percent were veterans. PATH is already helping one man get housing and hopes to house at least 26 more people in the next year. [Curbed Inbox]
