Short-Selling Eichler in Orange Designed by Anshen & Allen

New, 17 comments

This lime green accented mid-century mod in Orange's Fairhaven tract of Eichler-developed houses was designed by the architecture firm of Anshen + Allen in 1960. According to the Eichler Network website, it was partner Robert Anshen who first introduced what would become a classic Eichler feature, an atrium, into the building plans. The 1,748 square foot residence features four bedrooms, two baths, concrete floors, a block fireplace, walls of glass, and a two car garage. Per the listing, updates include an energy efficient foam roof as well as dual heating and air conditioning systems. Last purchased in 2006 for $800,000, it's now listed as a short sale for $650,000.
