This lime green accented mid-century mod in Orange's Fairhaven tract of Eichler-developed houses was designed by the architecture firm of Anshen + Allen in 1960. According to the Eichler Network website, it was partner Robert Anshen who first introduced what would become a classic Eichler feature, an atrium, into the building plans. Per the listing, updates include an energy efficient foam roof as well as dual heating and air conditioning systems. Last purchased in 2006 for $800,000, it's now listed as a short sale for $650,000.
