Congratulations to the new owners of the button-cute 1950s ranch style house (and tiki bar!) near the Silver Lake Reservoir. The perfectly-preserved house came on the market in October asking $765,000. According to Redfin, a sale was finalized as of yesterday, to the tune of $825,000. Oh, and if by some chance the new owners are reading this and are planning to get rid of that pull-down green kitchen lamp, we would be more than happy to take it off your hands.
