Occupy LAers Talk About Life on the City Hall Lawn

Occupy encampments across the US have been evicted over the last week and here in Los Angeles Mayor Villaraigosa and LAPD Chief Beck say they're working with the Occupy LA crew to find a new home. (The OLAers put out a statement saying "At this point, we have no plans to leave -- we have only begun our mission. If LA Occupiers eventually exit City Hall, it would be due to OccupyLA's conclusion that our work could be done more efficiently at another location.") But for now OLA--with its hundreds of sleeping tents, solar panels, Kids Village, art tent, and tent showers--is still there on the City Hall lawn, where it's grown and grown since first arriving on October 1. Over a few days, we talked to several occupiers about what life is like for them in LA's newest (and probably most precarious) little microhood. Check it out:
