Via BLDGBLOG comes this image from Victor Hadjikyriacou's Ice Factory project, which imagines an ice manufacturing plant in Commerce, "supplying ice [to] the local businesses around the city and the large scale industries such as Casinos and Outlet villages." And apparently supplying giant icebergs to greater Downtown Los Angeles. Expect the Edison people to open up an open-air whiskey bar next to on of these things.
