Earlier this month, the UC Davis School of Law's Environmental Law and Policy Center held a conference called "CEQA at 40," and they've now posted video online. The conference celebrated the fortieth anniversary of the California Environmental Quality Act, the state's "bedrock environmental law," and offered a look at its past and potential future.
