A Malibu homeowner could put a stop to future airings of Bethenny Ever After (a Real Housewives spinoff on Bravo, for those of you pretending not to know). Apparently, the owner filed suit yesterday, claiming "he leased the $13,000-a-month house to two people, who then illegally subleased the house to NBC Universal for the purposes of taping the show." He's crying invasion of privacy and asking for $25,000 and a block on future broadcasts. Meanwhile, in a clip on TMZ, Bethenny describes the house as evoking Sleeping With the Enemy. [TMZ]
