Charlie Sheen's finally managed to unload that nice Mediterranean in Los Feliz that he's been trying to sell for two and a half years?and he actually made money on the sale. Sheen and then-wife Brooke Mueller bought the house in 2007 for $2.575 million and listed it in June 2009 for $3.697 million. Over the course of the listing, the sale price has been about as erratic as Sheen has--at one point the house was restaged and priceupped to $4.1 million. Anyway, Real Estalker reports today that Sheen has sold to Simon Helberg of the Big Bang Theory for $2.9 million. The 1927 house has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. See Sheen's 2009 listing photos here and the 2010 ones here.
