Well, yet another Friends star is divesting himself from his home. And it seems that unlike Monica, Rachel, and Chandler, Ross, aka David Schwimmer, has quite traditional taste in architecture. According to the Wall Street Journal, Schwimmer purchased his Hancock Park abode, a 1926 Mediterranean, in 2001 for $5.5 million. Designed by Koerner & Gage, the architecture firm behind Beverly Hills's City Hall, the 11,000 square foot residence features, per the listing, "9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a wood paneled library, a den covered with a stone finish, a new state-of-the-art screening room, a formal dining room, 2 powder rooms, 5 fireplaces, a butler area, and detached guest house." The WSJ quotes a statement from listing firm Westside Estate Agency explaining that the actor/director is selling the house "because he and his wife recently started a family and hope to pick out a Hancock Park home together." Asking price for the one acre property is $10.7 million.
