Former Yahoo CEO and current LACMA board of trustees co-chair Terry Semel is selling his temporary crash pad in Beverly Hills--this is an 8,804 square foot Robert Offenhouser-designed house where Semel and his wife stayed while their main house in Bel Air was undergoing renovations.
