Which House Advertising Its Architect Should We Visit?

New, 15 comments

It's up to you to choose which open house the Weekend Warrior visits and reports back on this Sunday.

Having a name attached to your house can attract potential buyers, especially when that name is followed by "AIA." This week we're looking at houses that tout their architects in their pitches. We have a four bedroom in Los Feliz by Christopher Payne, a three bedroom in Hancock Park by the legendary Paul Williams (previously seen here), a four bedroom in the Sunset Strip by Angelo Caciola, and a three bedroom in the Fairfax District (in the Cherokee Lofts) by the now-split design team of Gwynne Pugh and Lawrence Scarpa.
