We were hoping we'd stumbled on an Old Hollywood weekend retreat from back in the Hills's wilderness days, but this Studio City house was actually built in 1951 (and has certainly had some work done over the years). The seven bedroom, three bathroom house comes with three fireplaces, custom stonework, detached office, gym, pool, and outside bathroom, all on nine-tenths of an acre. And because the celebrity connections don't stop this week: the listing says this is "Formerly Jane Fonda's residence" and a little peek at Blockshopper tells us it currently belongs to My Name Is Earl actor Ethan Suplee and his wife. They paid $2 million in 2006, according to Redfin, and are now asking $2.295 million.
