A tipster send in the photos below of smoke rising past Yamashiro. Staff has evacuated the private magician's club, but the LAFD says the fire is almost out, according to KPCC. If you look up in about five minutes, maybe you'll see 100 white doves flocking out over Hollywood. Update 1:45 pm: LAFD's Twitter is reporting the fire has been knocked down. There were no injuries reported. The Venice311 Twitter picks this up off the scanner: "LAFD Scanner: Extreme damage in restaurant of Magic Castle, first and second floor 'extreme salvage' - water damage."
