An apartment complex built on the grounds of a hospital turned seminary seems like it'd be ripe ghost stories, but IMT Capital LLC ain't afraid of no ghosts--it's paid nearly $14.7 million for the Northridge Hospital Medical Center's former Van Nuys campus, which last belonged to the Kings University seminary. According to the Daily News, IMT "plans to build an apartment complex on the seven-acre site in the 14500 block of Sherman Circle." [LADN]
