Per the ad, the available unit features two bedrooms, one and a half baths, stained glass, hardwood floors, nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, a decorative fireplace, dining room, built-ins, stacked washer/dryer, balcony, central heat and air, vintage style fixtures, new plumbing and electrical, and private garage. If the accompanying photos seem insufficient, the website Iamnotastalker.com informs us that in the 2009 romantic comedy The Ugly Truth, the lead character, played by Katherine Heigl, lives in an apartment modeled after El Mirador's townhouses. Monthly rent for the available 1,500 square foot, pet-friendly unit is $2,950.
