The duplex itself has a two bedroom/one bathroom upper unit and a one bedroom/one bathroom lower unit. The DeKeyser last sold in 2006; listing agents The Value of Architecture described it then as a "European pied-a-terre" that's "not for the typical Angelino." The current listing doesn't say much and features exactly one photo. The building comes with a an adjacent .08 acre lot and together they're asking $1.199999 million.
