Share Fred Durst's Former Home with a Ferrari-Loving Banker

New, 7 comments

Hey, didja hear Fred Durst is making a sitcom for CBS? According to Deadline Hollywood, the show "centers around a rock legend looking for balance between his high profile lifestyle and trying to raise a family." The Limp Bizkit frontman will star in and produce the half-hour comedy, currently given the working title Douchebag. In other Durst-related news, some dude is looking for someone who'd like to share his former house just above the Sunset Strip (which was featured in our Labor Day open house roundup). On Craigslist, natch. Quoth the ad:

This is the former home of Limpbizkit's Fred Durst who built out the theater room with state of the art equipment and full sound proof theater. This home is complete with 2 large courtyards, balconies with incredible views of the city , a complete theater room with reclining leather seats with full theater and custom built stripper pole; incredible kitchen with subzero fridge and chefs island. Large living room with high end pool table, custom bar over looking floor to ceiling windows of the city. I am a 32 year old banker that loves to socialize and entertain and am looking for the perfect housemate that enjoys the same. I am straight, work 9a-6p and have lived in the Hollywood area for 5 years. Love luxury cars so you will always see a Ferrari, Bentley or Maserati parked in the garage.

The ideal roommate will have stable income, clean and social. Living in a clean home with dishes always put away, things in there place is extremely important to me, so cleanliness is required. The den has a 57 inch plasma and google tv, house is fully furnished. The house is a 1 minute walk to Sunset Strip, right next to Chateau Marmont and the new Pink Taco. Neighbors are all high profile, Bruce Willis is building his new home next door. Amazing home in an incredible location.

How much to live this dream, you ask? (Right after you ask, "If this guy can afford Ferraris, Maseratis, and Bentleys, how come he needs a roommate?") A mere $1,800/month.
