Pasadena always gives good listing, but it seems like it's really been nailing it lately. Latest to the party is this 1958 John Elgin Woolf-designed house in the far southwest of the city. While it looks like some of Woolf's signature glamor has been lost over the years, there's still some fabulousness left, as seen in the entranceway and in that pool area, which includes a poolhouse with its own breakfast room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and office. The main house has two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, multiple rotundas, a master with a study and two dressing room/bathroom suites, and a dining room. From what we can tell, it hasn't been on the market in a loooong while. It's asking $2.6 million.
