Plus the over the top decorating and the Pilates reformer in the gym just have that whiff about them. Whoever's it is, the house was built in 1925 and includes 11 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a "quasi original" living room, "a unique family room designed by Michael Taylor," a butler's pantry, a dining room, and a pool. It last sold in 1989 and was previously on the market for about a year and a half starting in October 2009. They're giving it another go at $7.45 million.
