Well, it's official: life isn't fair. Allegedly super-corrupt former Bell city manager Robert Rizzo has sold his rather hideous Huntington Beach house and it wasn't even on the market. Rizzo moved out in June and put the house on the MLS in August, asking $949,000 (his broker hinted to the OC Register at the time that he was prepping to go on trial). The house went into escrow pretty quickly, fell out of escrow even more quickly, and was yanked off the market in early September. Now Redfin is showing that it sold last week for $939,000. Rizzo bought the house in 2007 for $1.13 million.
