It's really unusual in LA for houses in the same price range, but different areas of the city, to actually be comparable. For example, house prices seem to drop by a million just crossing Fifth Street in Hancock Park. Somehow these four open houses all come in at $849,000 and have remarkably similar stats, despite the differences in location.
