Art Walk Bill: Paid

Downtown Art Walk's October outting is tonight and the organization's paid its bill to the city--the $8,731 charge, which covers non-LAPD city costs, was just officially handed over earlier this week (the Art Walk has never had to pay such a bill before). For this first go, City Councilmembers Jose Huizar and Jan Perry have each committed $2,200. According to blogdowntown, "the remaining $4,400 bill would be split between the Art Walk organization, the lot at Vibiana organized by the Southern California Mobile Food Vendors Association, and Truckit Fest, which operates two lots at 7th and Main."
