KTLA is reporting the owner of a home in Escondido that was blown up by officials "filed a claim with the San Diego County government for at least $500,000." The renter of the home had "stockpiled bomb-making materials," but the homeowner "asserts that the action was unwarranted and that the county should pay the value of the home." [KTLA]
