Billed as a place for the "creative human spirit," and as a "shelter for deer," this lovely Fredonia Drive home, designed in 1939 by architect Harwell Hamilton Harris, hit the market in November for $725,000. But it looks like neither the artists nor the deer are making offers because the place has dropped to $675,000.
