Blogger Ugly Angel has a solution for those club goers who scramble to find cheap parking in Hollywood (and then have to walk half a mile in stiletto heels to the venue.) Build a green garage on the empty lot Hollywood and Vine and then offer "a free shuttle service would make the circuit of eastern downtown Hollywood: Hollywood Boulevard, Vine Street, the Cahuenga nightlife corridor, Sunset Boulevard, and perhaps even Franklin Village."
