MELROSE: The wrapper has come off on the Vivienne Westwood store, which is rumored to be opening before March, and Racked cannot wait since the brand has "only been teasing us for A YEAR." Renderings are here.
HELMEL: Valentine's Day approaches and things are getting sexy out there. Racked checked out Jenette Bras' "Strapping Lasses" show last week: "Sirens of all different shapes and sizes writhed, danced and pranced in little niches, nooks and balconies throughout the store," and, of course, lingerie was sold.
WEST HOLLYWOOD: DiLascia's Bakery is not a bakery, it's a former ice cream parlor that now sells "very California casual pieces for guys -- lots of graphic tees, sweaters, cords and jackets -- at prices that will make you do a double-take."
