DOWNTOWN: Here’s a little look-see at the under-construction Civic Park in Downtown. This was shot in front of City Hall, where that parking lot used to sit before it was torn up a while ago for the future green space. Work is planned to wrap on the park next year so hold off on packing your picnic basket. [Curbed Staff]
DOWNTOWN: Down the street on Main, near 5th, the Genesis apartments are filling in another Downtown parking lot. Work is underway on this mixed-use project by the Skid Row Housing Trust: 106 apartments, designed by Killefer Flammang, are on the way. [Curbed Staff]
