Now this is what we think of when we think Wilshire Corridor: big old condos that bear the unmistakably baroque decorating marks of fabulous old ladies. That, and crazy asking prices. When we first met the nearly 5,000 square foot Wilshire Terrace pad of actress Rosemarie Stack, it was 2008 and an asking price of $6.5 million sounded even more bananas than it does today. Anyway, the listing says the two bedroom, three bathroom condo was "Totally redone 3 years ago" and despite being on the ground floor, has skylights. It also has a dining room, library, and "lower area w/ maids room." This week brings its fifth chop, and it's down to $2.295 million.
