The issue of where pot stores and collectives can exist in Long Beach will be hammered out at Tuesday night's city council meeting, reports the Long Beach Press-Telegram. The council is set to vote on whether to green-light their most recent revision of a proposed law that bans weed purveyors from operating near schools, residential areas, and near each other. Last month, the council added to the law that stores can't be within 1,000 feet of parks, which could put about a dozen marijuana establishments out of business. The Press-Telegram insinuates the law could be finally passed or revised once again tomorrow night. [Press-Telegram]
