He writes: "Major Expo Line milestone today: Rails were installed across Farmdale Ave. by Dorsey High, the last street crossing between the Blue Line at Washington Blvd. and Culver City!" Giddy. This is the first phase of the Expo Line, which will extend from downtown to Culver City.
