Rogue Highland Park Flip Goes Period

New, 16 comments

This Highland Park flip says "You'll never see my inhabitants on Unhappy Hipsters" with its "original woodwork that has never been painted, huge stone fireplace (not functional), new period kitchen, new period baths with gorgeous claw foot tubs." (Although it apparently couldn't resist just a little orange.) The 1907 house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a front porch and garage. The listing points out the "Peaceful Cul-de-sac location," but the street cul-de-sacs right up against the 110 Freeway. The house sold in April for $250,000 and is now asking $419,000 or $298 per square foot. Here's the listing.
