The Pantages mansion in Eagle Rock has gone on the market, asking less than half what the current owner paid. The house was built in 1930 and has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a pool, but otherwise we don't know much about it (We always heard that the theater mogul lived on Vermont.). Any intel, dear readers? Our tipster does tell us that "Last week the owner took off the 'Pantages' part of the sign on the driveway gate for unknown reason." The house last went in 2004 for $1.85 million and is now asking $750,000.
